Ruth Dinelle, Office Manager and Registered Practical Nurse (RPN)
Ruth Dinelle, RPN, is the Senior Registered Practical Nurse of Algoma Sports Medicine. She graduated, with Honours, from Sault College in 2012. Ruth has worked in a variety of health care settings, including long term/retirement care, hospice and pain management. She also brings a wealth of experience in leadership having co-owned/operated a business in her hometown of Echo Bay and management roles in retail. Ruth is passionate about assisting and encouraging patients to achieve their optimum health and well-being. In her spare time, Ruth enjoys spending time with her son and friends doing various activities, such as going to the movies, going out for dinner, motorcycling and snowmobiling.
Susan Schikofsky, Registered Practical Nurse (RPN)
Dawn Kucher, RPN, has 18 years of nursing experience in community nursing, providing wound care, patient support and clinical services. Dawn has also provided health education to other support staff in clinical settings. Continuing education and research in order to achieve and maintain the genetic potential of patients is an ongoing interest to practice and to share. Dawn's spare time is filled with family time and gardening.

Susan Schikofsky is a Registered Practical Nurse with over 25 years of clinical experience. She has worked at the SAH and in long-term/retirement care. She also sat on Interagency Infection Control Board facilitated by APH. She had a role as a Physicians Assistant for several doctors within the GHC organization.
Susan took time off to start a family and continued with her nursing education, with distance education through George Brown College in a Bridge to PN program. She also began instructing college courses online across the province, and in community placements for PSW, Mental Health and Addictions and DSW.
She enjoys volunteering and is active with The Career Center in welcoming newcomers to our city from the Sudan. She recently accepted a volunteer position on the Board of Directors for the Nurse Practitioner Led Clinic. She loves community and the outdoors. Susan is passionate about the provision of quality patient care and strong team function in the office.
